THIS MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE MID
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY MONDAY AND INTO THE GREAT LAKES TUESDAY. THIS HIGH
WILL SHIFT TO QUEBEC BY WEDNESDAY WHILE ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONTAL
TROUGH OF 30.0 INCHES PASSES ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THURSDAY. A
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
FRIDAY AS A 29.8 INCH TROUGH MOVES INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES.
