AS THE LOW TRACKS INTO QUEBEC FRIDAY...IT WILL DRAG A COLD FRONT ACROSS
THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. IN ITS WAKE...A 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE
WILL BUILD OVER SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA FRIDAY. AS THE HIGH DRIFTS
