SEABOARD BY MONDAY MORNING...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES WILL CROSS
NORTHERN ONTARIO AND QUEBEC WHILE DRAGGING A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH OF
29.7 INCHES ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR SUNDAY NIGHT. IN THE WAKE OF THE
TROUGH...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL EXPAND FROM CENTRAL CANADA
