UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION. THE LOW WILL SHIFT EAST WEDNESDAY
NIGHT...REACHING MAINE AT 29.5 INCHES BY THURSDAY EVENING.
MEANWHILE...A 30.3 INCH HIGH OVER NORTHERN CANADA WILL PUSH A 30.2
