TUESDAY NIGHT WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT EAST OF THE REGION TUESDAY
AFTERNOON. SOUTHWEST WINDS ALOFT WILL INCREASE TUESDAY AFTERNOON
AHEAD OF AN UNSEASONABLY DEEP UPPER LOW DROPPING SOUTHWARD THROUGH
NEVADA. A FEW HIGH BASED SHOWERS PRODUCING MAINLY VIRGA ARE POSSIBLE
DURING THE AFTERNOON.
