HIGHS IN THE LOWER 60S WHILE RELATIVE HUMIDITY FALLS TO NEAR 11
PERCENT. BY EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON SOME MODERATE BREEZES WILL ALSO
PICK UP WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS FROM THE SOUTHWEST AT 17 MPH. THIS
WILL BE THE ONSET OF BETTER VERTICAL MIXING IN THE ATMOSPHERE AND
WHEN SMOKE DISPERSION WILL INCREASE.
