ALOFT WILL STRENGTHEN FROM A WESTERLY DIRECTION TONIGHT AND A
STABLE LAYER LOCATED NEAR THE CREST LEVEL COULD PROVIDE SOME
INTERMITTENT DOWNSLOPE GUSTS BUT THAT IS NOT LIKELY SO NOT FOUND
IN THE BODY OF THE FORECAST. WIND SPEEDS WILL GO ON THE INCREASE
ON THURSDAY AS A SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA LOW APPROACHES THE STATE.
RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE PLAINS PORTION OF THE
FIRE WEATHER ZONE. HUMIDITY VALUES WILL TREND A BIT HIGHER ON
