DAYBREAK WEDNESDAY. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AND VARIABLE THIS EVENING
AND OCCASIONALLY BLOWING DOWNSLOPE OR FROM THE SOUTH. HUMIDITY WILL
RISE TO NEAR 45 PERCENT BY DAWN...BUT AS TEMPERATURES WARM UP TO
