BUILD UP OVER THE WESTERN AND NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF NEW MEXICO AND
MOVE EAST OR NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH OVER ADJACENT HIGHLANDS AND VALLEYS.
RAIN WILL GENERALLY BE LIGHT WITH AN OCCASIONAL MODERATE DOWNPOUR
PRODUCING AMOUNTS BETWEEN SEVERAL HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH AND ONE
QUARTER INCH. OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING...WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 45 MPH AND
SMALL HAIL ARE LIKELY WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS.
