CONTINUE FROM THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS ONTO THE EASTERN HIGHLANDS AND
NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO. MOVEMENT WILL BE TO THE EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE IN THE NORTHEAST...FROM CIMARRON TO
RATON PASS EAST TO THE TEXAS BORDER. EXPECT OCCASIONAL DOWNPOURS TO
PRODUCE AMOUNTS RANGING UP TO NEAR ONE HALF INCH. IN ADDITION...
DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH AND PEA
TO ONE HALF INCH SIZE HAIL ARE LIKELY WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.
