  LINCOLN AND SOUTHWEST CHAVES COUNTIES INCLUDING
  RUIDOSO...CAPITAN...CORONA...DUNKEN AND PICACHO.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST SUSTAINED 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 55 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS PEAKING AROUND MID TO LATE AFTERNOON AND
  GRADUALLY DIMINISHING IN THE EARLY EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...OCCASIONALLY REDUCED TO 5 MILES OR LESS IN BLOWING DUST.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...SUDDEN AND GUSTY CROSSWINDS SHOULD BE EXPECTED
  ON NORTH TO SOUTH ORIENTED ROADS INCLUDING HIGHWAY 380 FROM
  HONDO TO CARRIZOZO AND ON HIGHWAY 54 FROM CARRIZOZO TO CORONA.

  OVER A MONTH FOR THE MIDDLE AND LOWER RIO GRANDE VALLEY.
