ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS ALONG WITH A THUNDERSTORM OR TWO WILL
MOVE EAST SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN TWO-THIRDS OF THE TEXAS
PANHANDLE THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING. THROUGH 5 AM...MOST OF THESE
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN BETWEEN A LINE FROM STURGIS TO
HIGGINS...AND THEN FROM GLENRIO TO DODSON. HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO
ONE TENTH OF AN INCH WILL BE COMMON. BRIEF WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 TO
40 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED AS THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVE EAST
SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
GRADUALLY WEAKEN THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS.
