SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS ALONG WITH A FEW ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS PARTS OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES THIS
EVENING. THROUGH 1130 PM...MOST OF THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL REMAIN SOUTH AND EAST OF A LINE FROM BEAVER TO CHANNING TO
BOOTLEG. HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO ONE TENTH INCH WILL BE
COMMON...WITH HOURLY AMOUNTS UP TO SIX TENTHS INCH OCCURRING WITH
SOME OF THE STRONGER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. BRIEF WIND GUSTS TO
AROUND 45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED AS THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVE
EAST AT 35 MPH. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
LATER THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT ACROSS MAINLY EASTERN SECTIONS OF
THE PANHANDLES.
