PANHANDLES THIS EVENING. THROUGH 10 PM...HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP
TO TWO TENTHS INCH CAN BE EXPECTED. BRIEF WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 40
MPH CAN BE EXPECTED AS THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVE EAST AT
35 MPH. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED LATER
THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT ACROSS ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS ACROSS THE
EASTERN ONE THIRD OF THE PANHANDLES.
