NEAR HEUVELTON TO NEAR I-81 EXIT 35...AND MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE SHOWERS...WHICH MAY
CAUSE MINOR TREE DAMAGE AND ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES.
