IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA...
BRYAN...BULLOCH...CANDLER...CHATHAM...EFFINGHAM...EVANS...
JENKINS...LIBERTY...LONG...MCINTOSH...SCREVEN...TATTNALL...

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING RIVERS...
EDISTO...LOWER SANTEE...OGEECHEE...OHOOPEE...SAVANNAH...

THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO AREAS IN DROUGHT ACROSS SOUTHEAST SOUTH
CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. AREA STREAMFLOW IS CURRENTLY AT OR
ABOVE NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR THANKS TO SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL
IN LATE FEBRUARY. THERE IS A CHANCE FOR LIGHT TO MODERATE
PRECIPITATION IN THE EARLY TO MIDDLE PART OF NEXT WEEK. BOTH THE
1-MONTH AND 3-MONTH PRECIPITATION OUTLOOK INDICATE HIGHER CHANCES
FOR ABOVE NORMAL PRECIPITATION...AND THIS INCLUDES THE PERIOD
MARCH THROUGH MAY. DUE TO ONGOING FLOODING ON AREA MAIN STEM
RIVERS...THE CHANCES FOR RIVER FLOODING ARE ABOVE NORMAL BUT
OVERALL RIVER LEVELS WILL BE ON A DOWNWARD TREND.

THE NEXT WINTER/SPRING FLOOD POTENTIAL OUTLOOK WILL BE ISSUED ON
19 MARCH 2015.
