AT 136 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 16 NM NORTH OF
FRIPP INLET BUOY TO 6 NM NORTH OF PARRIS ISLAND REEF...MOVING EAST AT
45 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND... SAINT HELENA SOUND...COOSAW
RIVER...PELICAN BANK AND SOUTH EDISTO RIVER WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH
200 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
