NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH ACROSS PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL AND
SOUTH CENTRAL WYOMING THIS AFTERNOON. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL
OCCUR ALONG AND WEST OF A LINE FROM DOUGLAS TO LARAMIE. GUSTY
WINDS TO 40 MPH...BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL WILL
BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.
