.AN APPROACHING STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL STRENGTHEN WINDS
ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. GUSTS OF 45 TO 60 MPH ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
LOWER ELEVATIONS OF CARBON COUNTY AS WELL AS THE WESTERN NEBRASKA
PANHANDLE. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH TONIGHT ENDING
