WYOMING THROUGH LATE MORNING TODAY...

.VERY LOW VISIBILITIES IN DENSE FOG WILL BE FOUND OVER PORTIONS
OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING. THIS INCLUDES
INTERSTATE 80 FROM THE SUMMIT TO CHEYENNE...AND ALONG INTERSTATE
80 BETWEEN ELK MOUNTAIN AND RAWLINS WYOMING. VISIBILITIES WILL
SLOWLY IMPROVE BY NOON. MOTORISTS DRIVING ALONG INTERSTATE 80 FROM
CHEYENNE TO RAWLINS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND USE THEIR LOW BEAM
HEADLIGHTS IN THE DENSE FOG. LEAVE ADEQUATE DISTANCE BETWEEN
VEHICLES TO ALLOW SAFE STOPPING DISTANCE WHEN ACCIDENTS OCCUR.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT TODAY.

* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH MUCH OF THE
  MORNING BEFORE DISSIPATING.

* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE...AND AS LOW AS A FEW
  HUNDRED FEET AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...VERY LOW VISIBILITIES WILL PRODUCE POOR TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE THEIR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND
  REDUCE SPEEDS WHEN ENCOUNTERING LOW VISIBILITIES.
