...HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW TO IMPACT SOUTHEAST WYOMING
MOUNTAINS AND HIGH VALLEYS FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING...

.A STORM SYSTEM WILL REMAIN STATIONARY OVER COLORADO THROUGH
FRIDAY NIGHT. COPIOUS MOISTURE AND LIFT WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD
PRECIPITATION TO DEVELOP BY THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH MIDDAY FRIDAY. THE SNOW LEVEL WILL BE AROUND 6500 FT
THROUGH TONIGHT AND WILL RISE TO ABOVE 8000 FT BY FRIDAY
AFTERNOON. THE HIGHEST SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL OCCUR OVER THE
SOUTHERN LARAMIE RANGE AND SNOWY RANGE WHERE AROUND A FOOT OF
SNOW IS EXPECTED. NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL ALSO BE GUSTY
THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING CAUSING AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW. THERE WILL
LIKELY BE SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS TO TRAVEL...ESPECIALLY ALONG
INTERSTATE 80 FROM BUFORD TO ARLINGTON.
