...SPRING SNOWFALL EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY
MORNING ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING...

.A STRENGTHENING STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO NORTHWEST COLORADO BY
THIS AFTERNOON. THE COLD FRONT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL
PUSH ACROSS SOUTHEAST WYOMING DURING THE DAY WITH MUCH COLDER
TEMPERATURES BEHIND IT. WIDESPREAD SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
OVER MUCH OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING BY THIS EVENING. SNOWFALL
ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING WILL BE GREATEST FROM
NORTHERN CARBON COUNTY INTO CONVERSE COUNTY. THE GREATEST IMPACTS
TO TRAVEL WILL LIKELY OCCUR AFTER SUNSET AS SNOW BEGINS TO
ACCUMULATE ON ROADWAYS. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF BY LATE THURSDAY
MORNING.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTH 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.
  VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRAVEL. ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND
  SLIPPERY ESPECIALLY LATE THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT.
