  FRONT APPROACHES THE STATE. EXPECT GUSTY WINDS THROUGH THE
  EARLY EVENING HOURS...SLOWLY DIMINISHING BY LATE EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS FROM 40 TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...LOCALLY REDUCED VISIBILITY IN BLOWING DUST.
