WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD 30.3 INCH HIGH OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES
WILL SHIFT TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES TONIGHT AND TO THE ATLANTIC
COAST ON WEDNESDAY. A 29.7 INCH LOW OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL
LIFT NORTHEAST THROUGH THE NORTHERN PLAINS WEDNESDAY THROUGH
THURSDAY...AND THEN TOWARDS WESTERN ONTARIO BY THURSDAY EVENING AT
29.5 INCHES. AS THIS LOW MOVES EAST THROUGH ONTARIO THURSDAY NIGHT
INTO FRIDAY...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES AND
FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE LAKE.
