WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.4 INCHES OVER NORTHERN NEW
ENGLAND WILL SLOWLY MOVE FURTHER AWAY FROM THE LAKES TODAY. A
RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES EXTENDING FROM
MANITOBA TO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WESTERN
GREAT LAKES THIS EVENING. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS FRIDAY BEFORE MOVING EAST
INTO THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY SATURDAY EVENING.
