CONTINUE DWINDLING AFTER MIDNIGHT. LOW CLOUDS CURRENTLY BREWING
ON THE EDWARDS PLATEAU ARE ON TRACK TO RACE NWWD OVERNIGHT BEFORE
REACHING ALL TERMINALS NEAR OR JUST AFTER SUNRISE. CIGS MAY OCNLY
FALL TO IFR AT LBB AND PVW...BUT MVFR LEVELS APPEAR A BETTER BET.

MVFR LAYERS ARE LIKELY TO SCATTER OUT AROUND NOON AT WHICH POINT
THE ATMOSPHERE WILL TREND UNSTABLE AGAIN. SCT-NUM SLOW-MOVING
TSRA SEEM LIKELY TO DEVELOP BY MID-TO-LATE AFTERNOON WITH
WIDESPREAD TSRA BY MON EVENING MAINLY AT LBB AND PVW. HEAVY RAIN
AND LOW VISBYS WILL BE THE GREATEST THREATS WITH THESE STORMS.
