RH VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE TEENS TO GO ALONG WITH BREEZY
SOUTHERLY WINDS ACROSS THE WESTERN SOUTH PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON.
HOWEVER...THE FIRE DANGER WILL REMAIN LOW DUE TO RECENT RAINFALL
AND GREEN UP ACROSS THIS AREA. MOISTURE LEVELS WILL IMPROVE SATURDAY
NIGHT INTO SUNDAY AS THE DRYLINE RETREATS TO THE WEST. THE CHANCE
FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE WEST SUNDAY...THEN
SPREAD AREA-WIDE MONDAY AND TUESDAY. WIDESPREAD SIGNIFICANT
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED DURING THIS PERIOD...FOCUSED ON THE WESTERN
SOUTH PLAINS TO THE FAR SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE. DRIER AND WARMER
CONDITIONS WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE CAPROCK WEDNESDAY...HOWEVER THE
