TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE SOUTHERN SOUTH PLAINS. THESE SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL THIS AFTERNOON ALONG
WITH CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO ONE HALF
INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE UNDER THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY.
