STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL ROLL OFF OF THE CAPROCK ONTO
THE ADJACENT ROLLING PLAINS THROUGH 900 PM THIS EVENING. THE
STRONGEST STORMS OVER CROSBY COUNTY JUST BEFORE 800 PM WILL MOVE
INTO DICKENS AND SOUTHERN MOTLEY COUNTIES BY 900 PM. THESE STORMS
HAVE PRODUCED LARGE HAIL AND AT LEAST TWO BRIEF TORNADOS AS WELL
AS INTENSE RAINFALL AND LOCAL FLOODING. STORMS FURTHER NORTH
SHOULD REMAIN LESS SEVERE...THOUGH WILL ALSO HAVE POTENTIAL FOR
STRONG WIND GUSTS OVER 40 MPH AND SMALL HAIL...AS WELL AS RAINFALL
OF A QUARTER TO HALF INCH. STORMS WILL MOVE TO BRICE...LAKEVIEW...
MATADOR...ROARING SPRINGS...AFTON...DICKENS AND SPUR BY 900 PM.
