PHONE CALLS MADE TO EMERGENCY PERSONNEL RESULTED IN REPORTS OF
VISIBILITIES HAVING BECOME RESTRICTED TO LESS THAN 6 MILES...AND
EVEN DOWN TO ONE-QUARTER MILE FOR A FEW LOCATIONS. MOTORISTS ARE
URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND USE CAUTION.
