CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE EXTREME SOUTHEAST TEXAS PANHANDLE AND
NORTHERN ROLLING PLAINS. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...SMALL HAIL AND
WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH. THE HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER
ON ROADWAYS AND MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS. A FEW LOCATIONS THAT WILL BE AFFECTED INCLUDE
CHILDRESS...MEMPHIS AND NORTHFIELD. NEVER ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH
WATER COVERING A ROADWAY.

TO NO RAINFALL...BUT COULD GENERATE LOCALIZED WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH
OR HIGHER. THESE WINDS COULD ALSO LOFT AREAS OF BLOWING DUST.
