THE ROLLING PLAINS AND EXTREME SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE.
INDIVIDUAL SHOWERS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST NEAR 20 MPH THOUGH SOME
BANDING IS POSSIBLE. A FEW TENTHS OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS
POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY NORTHEAST OF A LINE FROM CAPROCK CANYONS STATE
PARK TO GUTHRIE.
