PLAINS...SOUTHWESTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE...AND ADJACENT PORTIONS OF
THE ROLLING PLAINS. THE SOUTHERN SOUTH PLAINS WILL SEE THE
HEAVIEST AMOUNTS THROUGH 10 PM. RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS MAY EXCEED
TWO INCHES PER HOUR IN THE HEAVIER STORMS. STORM TOTAL
ACCUMULATIONS ACROSS LYNN AND TERRY COUNTIES HAVE ALREADY EXCEEDED
7 INCHES WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO THREE INCHES POSSIBLE. AS
NIGHT FALLS ACROSS THE AREA...USE CAUTION TO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS
OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
