PLAINS LATE THIS AFTERNOON. MOST LOCATIONS WILL REMAIN DRY...BUT
THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND
GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH. RAINFALL WILL MOSTLY BE LIGHT WITH SPRINKLES
TO A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH OF RAIN MOST LIKELY.
