THROUGH 11 AM...AREAS OF RAIN WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE WEST AT 25 MPH ACROSS THE SOUTH PLAINS AND
ROLLING PLAINS. AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE SOUTH OF THE
REGION AND CONTINUE TO PRODUCE RAINFALL THROUGH THE DAY. RAINFALL
RATES WILL GENERALLY BE AROUND ONE TENTH OF AN INCH BUT A FEW
LOCATIONS COULD RECEIVE UP TO ONE HALF OF AN INCH PER HOUR
RAINFALL RATES. THE HEAVIEST PRECIPITATION WILL BE SOUTH AND WEST
OF A MULESHOE TO LAKE ALAN HENRY LINE.
