THROUGH 1030 PM...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE NORTHEAST AT
20 MPH ACROSS THE WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH PLAINS INTO THE
FAR SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE. THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE LOCATED
NEAR PLAINVIEW...SUDAN...AND PEP. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL COULD
RESULT IN ISOLATED AMOUNTS NEAR ONE HALF OF AN INCH BUT MOST AREAS
WILL ONLY SEE BETWEEN ONE TENTH AND ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH.
OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE IN
THE STORMS...AND PATCHY BLOWING DUST WILL ALSO OCCUR AWAY FROM
THE THUNDERSTORMS.
