DISCUSSION...A LONE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM/SUPERCELL THAT DEVELOPED
NEAR THE RIO GRANDE RIVER/LAREDO VICINITY EARLIER HAS TENDED TO
PERSIST EAST-SOUTHEASTWARD ACROSS DEEP SOUTH TX THIS
MORNING...GENERALLY NEAR THE HEBBRONVILLE AREA AS OF 1015Z/515AM
CDT. THIS STORM IS OCCURRING NEAR A SOUTHEASTWARD-SHIFTING FRONT AND
RELATED FRONTAL WAVE...WITH PROBABLE AID OF AT LEAST
GLANCING/SUBTROPICAL LARGER-SCALE SUPPORT. THIS STORM MAY PERSIST
SOUTHEASTWARD TOWARD NEAR-COASTAL AREAS OF DEEP SOUTH TX EARLY THIS
