INCREASING MOISTURE WILL PULL A 5KFT DECK OF CLOUDS INTO CHA AND TYS TODAY. FORECAST SOUNDINGS SHOW SURFACE BASE INSTABILITY APPROACHING 500-1000 J/KG. AS BOUNDARY MOVES IN SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED DEVELOP. CONVECTION WILL DISSIPATE THIS EVENING DUE TO LOSS OF DAYTIME HEATING AND BOUNDARY MOVING SOUTH OF THE AREA.
