CLOSE TO NORMAL TODAY...AND MAY EXCEED SEASONAL NORMS ON WEDNESDAY.

THE NEXT CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION WILL BE THURSDAY AS AN AREA OF
LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OFF THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST AND HEADS
