HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OFF THE MIDDLE ATLANTIC COAST TODAY PROVIDING
MOSTLY SUNNY AND MAINLY DRY CONDITIONS. AN ISOLATED SHOWER CANNOT
BE RULED OUT ACROSS THE INTERIOR THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES
WILL REACH THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 70S FROM NEW YORK CITY AND
LOCATIONS NORTH AND WEST. CLOSER TO THE COAST...HIGHS WILL ONLY
REACH THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 60S DUE TO ONSHORE WINDS OFF THE
ATLANTIC OCEAN. TRANQUIL CONDITIONS CONTINUE TONIGHT WITH
TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO UPPER 40S AND LOWER 50S FOR MOST
LOCATIONS.

UNSEASONABLY WARM AIR MOVES INTO THE REGION ON MONDAY AS THE HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES FURTHER OFFSHORE. HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM
THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 70S TO LOWER 80S ARE FORECAST. A FRONTAL
SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST LATE MONDAY NIGHT INTO
TUESDAY. THIS FRONT WILL BRING A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ON TUESDAY.
