OF WAURIKA TO 8 MILES EAST OF WINDTHORST...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40
MPH. A QUICK 1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN WILL RESULT IN PONDING OF WATER
ON ROADS ALONG WITH POOR VISIBILITY.
