MANGUM TO NEAR LOVELAND TO 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WICHITA FALLS TO 3
MILES SOUTHEAST OF ARCHER CITY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.  A
QUICK 1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL WILL CAUSE SOME PONDING OF WATER
ON ROADS ALONG WITH POOR VISIBILITY THROUGH 11 AM.
