...The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a flood
advisory for the Ohio River...

  Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County.


.Heavy rains across Northern West Virginia, with lesser rainfall
across Western Pennsylvania, is expected to cause steady rises on
the Ohio River at the Point in Pittsburgh later this afternoon.
The Ohio River is expected to rise to 18.0 feet early Wednesday
morning and remain near 18.0 feet through Wednesday evening.

  The Ohio River At Pittsburgh.
* until Wednesday evening.
* At 10AM Tuesday the stage was 16.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 18.2 feet tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flow onto the Monongahela
  Parking Wharf.
