THE PITTSBURGH PA CLIMATE SUMMARY FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 2015.
THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE PERIOD WAS 53.  THE NORMAL MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURE IS 37.  THE RECORD MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS 77 DEGREES
WHICH WAS SET IN 1900.  THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE WAS -10.  THE RECORD
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE IS -20 DEGREES WHICH WAS SET IN 1899.  THE
AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 18.3 DEGREES WHICH IS 12.8 DEGREES BELOW THE
NORMAL AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 31.1 DEGREES.  THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE
DID NOT EXCEED 90 DEGREES.  THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE DROPPED BELOW 32
DEGREES ON 27 DAYS THIS PERIOD.  A TOTAL OF 1.55 INCHES OF
PRECIPITATION FELL DURING THE PERIOD WHICH IS 0.84 INCHES BELOW THE
