* CAUSE AND TIMING...A LARGE...SLOW MOVING STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING
  PERIODS OF SNOW TO THE AREA THROUGH TODAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 5 INCHES.

* IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS AT TIMES DUE TO SNOW...POOR
  VISIBILITIES AND SNOW COVERED ROADS.
