AT 500 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR ELKOL...WHICH IS 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
KEMMERER...MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

THE MAIN HAZARD FROM THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE THE VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL. ISOLATED AREAS COULD RECEIVE A QUARTER TO A HALF AN INCH
OF RAIN. THIS COULD CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN POOR DRAINAGE OR LOW
LYING AREAS. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE ON A FLOODED ROADWAY...AND
PLEASE SLOW DOWN TO MINIMIZE THE RISK OF HYDROPLANING.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH...AND FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE ALSO
EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.
