SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE
REGION. AT 11 AM...THE MOST WIDESPREAD SHOWER ACTIVITY WAS ACROSS
SOUTWEST UTAH. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING
ALONG MOST MOUNTAIN RANGES. DURING THE EARLY AFTERNOON...MOST
MOUNTAIN SITES WILL HAVE A GOOD CHANCE OF SEEING A SHOWER AND
THUNDERSTORM...WITH STORM MOTION SLOWLY FROM THE SOUTHEAST TO THE
NORTHWEST INTO ADJACENT VALLEYS. THE GREATEST THREATS INCLUDE
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS. THE
STRONGEST STORMS MAY PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND SMALL
HAIL. IF OUTDOORS...SEEK THE SAFETY OF SHELTER WHEN THREATENING
WEATHER APPROACHES.
