* AFFECTED AREA...THE WESTERN AND CENTRAL VALLEYS OF UTAH...
  ALONG WITH SOUTHWEST WYOMING.

* WINDS...STRONG GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE
  THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST
  AND STRENGTHEN FOR A TIME BEHIND A STRONG COLD FRONT AS IT
  CROSSES THIS AREA DURING THE AFTERNOON. GUSTS EXCEEDING 60 MPH
  ARE EXPECTED BOTH IMMEDIATELY AHEAD OF AND THEN BEHIND THIS COLD
  FRONT. GUSTS MAY LOCALLY REACH 70 MPH BEHIND THE FRONT ACROSS
  THE NORTHWEST DESERT AND OVER POINT OF THE MOUNTAIN ALONG THE
  SALT LAKE AND UTAH COUNTY LINE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL AFFECT TRAVEL FOR HIGH PROFILE AND
  LIGHT WEIGHT VEHICLES...WITH CROSSWINDS ESPECIALLY HAZARDOUS
  ALONG WETS TO EAST ROUTES. WIND SENSITIVE OPERATIONS WILL BE
  IMPACTED. VISIBILITIES WILL LIKELY BE REDUCED IN AREAS OF
  BLOWING DUST. IN ADDITION...WINDS WILL CAUSE ROUGH CHOPPY WATERS
  ON AREA LAKES.

  REMAIN STRONG TUESDAY NIGHT...AND MAY REMAIN STRONG INTO
  WEDNESDAY MORNING IN DOWNSLOPE AREAS PRONE TO GUSTY NORTHWEST
  WINDS.

* IMPACTS...STRONG CROSSWINDS WILL AFFECT TRAVEL FOR HIGH PROFILE

* WINDS...VERY STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS IN EXCESS OF 65 MPH AT THE
  HIGHER ELEVATIONS THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY EVENING. WINDS
  WILL SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST DURING THE EVENING AND REMAIN GUSTY
  THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...THOSE TRAVELING THROUGH THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAINS SHOULD
  PLAN FOR VERY STRONG WINDS...ESPECIALLY THROUGH THE HIGHER
  EXPOSED PASSES SUCH AS THE CEDAR BREAKS AREA AND SR 12 OVER
  BOULDER MOUNTAIN. WIND SENSITIVE OPERATIONS WILL BE IMPACTED.
