THE 4.3 INCHES OF SNOW THAT FELL ON 3/31 WAS THE HEAVIEST FOR THE MONTH.
THIS VALUE ALSO BROKE THE OLD RECORD FOR THE DATE. THE OLD RECORD WAS
3.1 INCHES SET IN 1961.

MARCH 2015 WAS ONLY SLIGHTLY WARMER THAN LAST YEAR. THE MEAN TEMPERATURE
OF 32.9 DEGREES WAS .4 DEGREES WARMER THAN LAST YEAR. LAST YEAR HAD A
MEAN TEMPERATURE OF 32.5. THIS MARCH WAS TIED MARCH 1996 FOR THE 8TH COLDEST
MARCH ON RECORD. A BIG CHANGE FROM THE RECORD WARM MARCH THAT WE SAW IN 2012.
THE MEAN TEMPERATURE FOR MARCH 2012 WAS 49.3 DEGREES.
