Safety message:  Never drive cars, trucks, or sport utility vehicles
through flooded areas.  The water may be too deep to allow for safe
passage.

* At 10:30 AM Tuesday the stage was 423.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 423.5 feet.
* Fell below flood stage overnight.
* Forecast: The river will continue to fall to 421.6 feet by
  tomorrow morning.
